Privacy notice

Last updated: July 2026. This notice explains how OIM Senegal handles the personal information you share through this website.

What we collect

When you register interest or send an enquiry, we collect only the details you provide: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, audience type, programme or enquiry interest, region and any optional message.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, share verified updates about OIM Senegal programmes and launch activity. We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in the website's protected enquiry database. Access is limited to authorised OIM Senegal personnel and service providers supporting the website. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, launch planning and legal obligations, or until a valid deletion request is completed.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand visits and site use; advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Your language and analytics choice are stored locally in your browser. You can change your choice using Manage analytics at the bottom of the site.

Your rights

Senegal's Law No. 2008-12 protects personal data under the supervision of the Commission de Protection des Donnees Personnelles (CDP). You may ask to access, correct or delete information you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent. Send the request through the contact form so the team can verify and action it.
